| First batch ЗиУ-5 got the numbers 01-08, later on mostly К5-ЛА were acquired by Poltava. Hiowever, this type of trolleybuses proved to be unreliable and during 1969-1971 55 more ЗиУ-5 both new and second-hand from Kiev arrived to Poltava.
